If cancellation of service occurs within 30 days of purchase, the license fee will be refunded along with the remaining prepaid update payments but, the payment for the first month of updates and shipping costs will not be refunded. If cancellation of service occurs after 30 days of purchase, the license fee and any updates received to date will not be refunded but, all payments for future updates will be refunded. In all cases, the product must be returned to Trade Service in order to receive a refund and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
